Kemin provides automation consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in separate agreements or proposals between Kemin and the client.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Kemin and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom automations and systems built for clients become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to necessary systems, and prompt feedback during the project lifecycle. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect project timelines.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement or proposal. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Kemin reserves the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
Kemin warrants that services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we do not warrant that automations will be error-free or uninterrupted, as third-party platform changes may affect functionality. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Our automations often integrate with third-party platforms (Zapier, Make.com, CRMs, etc.). We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or service disruptions caused by these third parties. Clients maintain their own accounts and relationships with third-party providers.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Kemin will deliver all completed work and transition documentation. Outstanding invoices remain due.
